| About me. | This has been lifted way too many times, but I still don't feel the need to write a new version of it.
Hi, my name is Nikky Southerland and I am a sexy beast. My hobbies include snuggling, tinkering with technology, kissing and photography. If you don't understand the art of sarcasm, I can be an arrogant bastard... but oh well, deal with it.

(Note: I'd just like to state that I'm really poor writer when trying to describe myself (but amazing when writing about other things!), so it's a very rare occasion that I'll actually write a brief description about me! This was originally composed for my FIG portfolio, and I'm copying it verbatim--so if it seems a little university oriented, don't worry, it seemed correct in that context.)
Hi, it's Nikky again.
In this section (if you haven't already figured out by the "about me" title), is all about me; not some other random person.
I probably describe myself as an undercover nerd. You probably can't tell that I am at first glance, but rest assured, I'm a geek. One of my main hobbies is messing around with computers and I love gadgets of all types. A related note is that I'm big into photography (not really sure why I am), and have fairly extensive experience with photojournalism.
"So Nikky, now that we know you're basically a nerd, what are you studying here?" That's a good question, because I'm actually looking into Political Science (Law, Societies and Justice, to be exact), and aspire to become an evil lawyer (criminal or corporate). Odd, isn't it? People always have different guesses on what I want to study.
I'm also an English lover, go figure. I'm actually interested in almost all subjects except for foreign languages (bad experiences in high school), and biology/medical (never liked them for some reason). So I won't be surprised if my major changes.
I actually forgot to mention that I'm (or was, really) a web developer. I've since realized that while it's cool, it takes too much of my time to seriously pursue.
